We strip the old tile and whatever it was stuck to, check the framing for water damage, hang cement or foam backer board, waterproof it, and set new tile — subway, large-format porcelain, mosaic, natural stone, or whatever you've picked. Niches, trim pieces, and a proper caulk joint at the tub or pan are included.

Tile floors

New tile floors over a properly prepared subfloor. Vanity installation

Removing the old vanity and setting a new one — freestanding or wall-hung — with the top, sink, faucet, drain assembly, supply lines, and shut-offs. We level and secure it, seal it to the wall, and connect everything so it doesn't drip. If the new vanity is a different size we patch and paint the wall and floor where the old one was, so you don't end up with a footprint of the previous cabinet showing.
